| OUR REFUNDS POLICY
Our refunds policy does not effect your statutory rights.When you send your item back to us we will process your returned product and notify you through e-mail regarding your refund. You can receive your refund in the same form of payment, or another form if stated. You will receive a refund within three weeks of our receiving your returned goods. ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO BEING DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT All goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. If you return an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or in some way defective we will refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us. By law,customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within a period of seven working days after the date of delivery. More information can be obtained by reading Your Statutory Rights. When you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period and there is no error on our part, we will refund the total cost of the item only.We will not refund the cost of packaging and delivery and other services provided in connection with your purchase unless you have returned the item due to an error on our part or because the item is defective. ITEMS RETURNED UNDER 30 -DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE If you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and thirty days after the day of delivery and there has been no error on the part of our company, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of the postage and delivery or other requested services provided in connection with your purchase. If you take delivery of an Footec Medical package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your item. If the item is defective you have the right to return a faulty item to us within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all warranty information that accompanies your item, this will be required should there be a fault. In the unlikely circumstance of you receiving a faulty item, you may find it more convenient and quicker to directly contact the manufacturer to resolve the problem . If you choose to return the item to us, please read the instructions below. Fill out the back of the delivery slip that came with the item. Please give the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the item is defective) if you do not have the original delivery slip, include a small note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number. Please return this note with the item in its original packaging (if possible) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories send the package to the address below: Footec Medical , PO Box 42, Plymstock, Plymouth, PL8 2YT Please note that we cannot accept returns if you have delivered them to us by hand, we will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return-this may take up to three weeks. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50. In the event of Footec Medical sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Footec Medical .Footec Medical reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Footec Medical confirms we will issue a replacement.
